Well, the simple answer is that it just sounded like a fun thing to do. As a bunch of High School and College students, we wanted something else to do. For me and my friend John, we already had decent followings on other media platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, so it was just another exciting thing to try! As for our other friends? They just thought it was a great idea!
We wanted to create a podcast that would not only talk about controversial topics that are often overlooked, but also inspire people to laugh, cry and just enjoy themselves. We want people to feel at home when they are listening to our podcast. We want people to feel happy and relaxed while they listen to us ramble on and on. We want our podcast, as well as our platform, to inspire people, with a few jokes here and there of course. We hope that our content is the perfect fit for you, because we wouldn't be here without all of you!
In this day and age, people aren’t willing to talk to each other. They have their opinions and their stances on things, but they aren’t willing to listen to anyone else’s opinions or stances, much less engage with them. We aim to help that problem. I mean, listen to our catchphrase. “…Where we talk about things you probably should too”. We want to make sure everyone has a voice and everyone can have a conversation. That’s our mission here. Even if we talk about silly things, like fears, dreams, school trips, whatever. We want to make sure everyone is able to have a conversation with one another. The friendship that me, John and Noah is a perfect example. Even though we are great friends, we disagree on a whole variety of things. But despite that, we talk, engage and support each person’s opinions and feelings on whatever topic they care about. In our minds, this is how you create a welcoming atmosphere. We hope that we can accomplish that.
